This policy describes how 11240846 Canada Inc., doing business as NordikApp Galaxy, handles personal information collected by Galenit. It follows Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and PIPEDA.

• Name and email address
• Formulas and work data entered by the user

We only collect what Galenit needs to work. We never sell personal information and use no targeted advertising.

Purposes

This information is used to provide the service, manage your account, answer support requests and keep the app secure.

Sharing with third parties

Data is hosted by the following providers, contractually bound to confidentiality: Amazon Web Services. It may be stored outside Québec; a privacy impact assessment was carried out for this purpose.

Retention and security

Information is kept while your account is active, then deleted. It is protected by reasonable safeguards: encrypted communications, restricted access, secure backups.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and withdraw your consent. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
