Account deletion

From the app

Open MyLittleLibrary, go to Settings, then Account, then “Delete my account”, and confirm.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, write to confidentialite@nordikapp.ca from the address linked to your account. We process requests within 30 days.

Data deleted

Your account and its associated data are erased:

• Name and email address
• Book catalogue
• Lending history

Backup copies are purged within 90 days at most. Some data may be kept longer where the law requires it (for example, accounting records).
