We only collect what Tounes needs to work. We never sell personal information and use no targeted advertising.

This information is used to provide the service, manage your account, answer support requests and keep the app secure.

No information is shared with third parties, except where required by law.

Retention and security

Information is kept while your account is active, then deleted. It is protected by reasonable safeguards: encrypted communications, restricted access, secure backups.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and withdraw your consent. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
